Holiday Hours: In observance of the holiday season, Rainbow Water will be closed on December 31 and January 1. Regular office hours will resume the next business day. Services for online bill payment, auto bill pay, and water emergency response will still be available. 

Rainbow Water is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist customers with water outages. Call the customer service phone number at (760) 728-1178 to report an outage.
