The Engineering Department provides a wide variety of services to the public and is available in person or by telephone.
Services and Functions of the Engineering Department
The Engineering department oversees the planning, design, construction, and inspection of all Rainbow Water's infrastructure improvements. The Engineering department is responsible for administering the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) through the review and coordination of customer and developer projects. The department ensures full compliance of all water and wastewater facilities with established standards.
