Bill Formatting Changes Update
New format to improve and enhance the look and design of your bill previously schedule to start in late August 2016 has been delayed until late fall. In early fall we will begin notifying customers of the changes scheduled to go into effect.
With our new billing software comes a new construction of your account numbers as well. We will familiarize all of our customers of the restructuring through newsletters, emails, or billing inserts to insure a smooth transition. The bill presentation will be undergoing additional changes to provide relevant and key information for customers to better monitor their water consumption, identify trends and offer comparisons.
Currently these changes are a key topic at the Communications Committee meetings which are held on the first Monday of every month (except Holidays) at 3:30 p.m. at the District Offices located at 3707 Old Highway 395, Fallbrook, CA 92028.
