Log into the new system to pay your bill.
Your monthly billing invoice will display charges for water and sewer services if applicable. Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. A delinquent charge will be assessed if payment is not received by the due date shown on your billing invoice.
It’s important for you to know, if you were on automatic bill pay you will need to resign up by simply going to the bill pay portal Also, payments will not be deducted in February until you sign up using the new link.
Over the course of the past few months, the District's finance team has been working diligently on transitioning to a new and improved online payment system. This new system gives us an array of enhanced features we are confident our valued customers will find beneficial, such as:
- User-friendly functionality to update and manage payment options
- Improved reporting functionality to provide details on payment history and real-time account balance
- Ability to view and download monthly statements, autopayment, sign up for text bill notification & pay by text
