Request for Proposal: Independent Auditing Services

Rainbow Municipal Water District (the "District") is soliciting proposals from qualified certified public accountanting firms to provide independent auditing services for a five-year term beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.

The selected auditor will provide an independent opinion on the fair presentation of the District’s financial statements and evaluate the District’s internal control environment and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
