General Employment Information
Rainbow Municipal Water District offers excellent benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, PERS retirement (2.5% @ 55 for Classic PERS Members - 2% @ 62 for new members), life and long-term disability insurance and a deferred compensation program. Employees receive 12 paid holidays annually. Employees also receive accrued paid time off (PTO) to be used for approved vacation, sick, bereavement, personal and statutory leaves of absence.
