Eagles Perch Pipeline Replacement Project

The Eagles Perch Pipeline Replacement Project includes the installation of new pipelines and fire hydrants to the neighborhood on Eagles Perch Road. The project will replace and relocate water pipelines passing through private property to new alignments within the roadways. A third-party construction team will perform the project. The construction costs are funded through the District’s Capital Improvement Program.

Background

The new pipelines will address a history of pipeline failures and move infrastructure from private property to the roadway at Eagles Perch Road. The project will allow for the reliable delivery of water, and avoid future costly operations and water outages to residents in
the community.
