Grow with the Flow: Plant Giveaway Program

Rainbow Water District has partnered with Fallbrook Public Utility District for a new plant program, Grow with the Flow. The program is designed to help customers save water while beautifying their landscape with succulents that thrive in low water-flow environments.

Transform your yard into a water-wise garden with a variety of drought-tolerant and California Friendly ® plants in a range of colors and sizes. Through partnerships with Fallbrook nurseries, this program distributes drought-tolerant plants that reduce outdoor water use by as much as 85%. The succulent plants attract pollinators like butterflies and hummingbirds, add color, and visual appeal to your garden.

The Grow with the Flow program is funded through a grant from the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and is a collaborative effort with Fallbrook Public Utility District (FPUD). Rainbow Water and FPUD will run their plant giveaway programs concurrently, and customers can apply online through their water provider.
