Mr. Khattab is the Information Technology Manager for Rainbow Municipal Water District (RMWD). He is responsible for overseeing computer systems, networking, radios, software, data and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) throughout the district.

Mr. Khattab is a graduate of Modern Sciences and Arts University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.

Mr. Khattab joined RMWD as the Senior Information Technology and Applications Analyst in February 2018.  He now serves as the District’s Information Technology Manager.

He has over 17 years experience in Information Technology. Before joining the District, he started as a Software Developer building Geographical Information System (GIS) software, he was later promoted to Information Technology Manager, where he led a team of software developers and maintained the Information Technology infrastructure.
