Mr. Khattab is the Information Technology Manager for Rainbow Water. He oversees the District's computer systems, networking, radios, software, data, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).

Mr. Khattab graduated from National University with a Master of Science in Cyber Security and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Modern Sciences and Arts University.

Mr. Khattab joined Rainbow Water in 2018 as the Senior Information Technology and Applications Analyst.  He now serves as the District’s Information Technology Manager.

He has worked in the Information Technology field since 2005. Prior to joining Rainbow Water, Mr. Khattab was a software developer focused on building Geographical Information System (GIS) software for a company based in the Inland Empire. He was later promoted to Information Technology Manager, where he led a team of software developers and maintained the Information Technology infrastructure.
